Momento Wireless Picture Frame and Momento Live

I’m totally hooked on this Vista friendly sideshow enabled device. My friend Muffy is traveling and taking gorgeous pictures of people and places. She’s sending photos to my frame via Momento Live.

The more she sends, the more I feel like I’m right there with her. Well, maybe not. But since I can’t travel to Thailand myself, at least while I have a full time job, I’m getting to see a part of the world I’d always wanted to visit.

Because she’s on the other side of the world, I have new content every morning to amaze me with my first pot of coffee.

It wasn’t that long ago that when we traveled, it was with rolls and rolls of film. And no one could see our adventures until we returned home, developed the firm and ordered prints or slides. Now it’s instantaneous. Even from the other side of the world. All you need is a digital camera and access to the Internet. And a Gmail or Hotmail account.
